RHS Chelsea Show Garden Design 2005
Show Garden Design For The Wildlife Trusts Lush Garden
Awarded Silver Medal and runner up in the Peoples Choice Award, this full size show garden was designed to show features to support wildlife and included a rootarium arch which was constructed using reclaimed bog oak, a wildflower meadow to attract butterflies and bees and the garden was hedged using mature hornbeam for nesting birds. A cedar cabin which featured a sedum roof was fitted out as a Wildlife Trust visitor centre with a gravel and stone path leading its way round a pool with natural waterfall and out beneath the rootarium arch.
